Todd Espeland was a star high school quarterback in Iowa, and the NFA coach remains in his home state helping more prep players reach the next level.
Espeland is the veteran Quarterbacks Coach at Forest City High School in Iowa, and he served as the Indians’ Co-Head Coach in 2013. As QB Coach, he developed First Team All-District quarterbacks four out of five years.
Before landing at Forest City H.S., Espeland coached Quarterbacks and Wide Receivers at Waldorf College in Iowa.
Espeland was a nationally-ranked quarterback in junior college and graduated from Winona State University. Realizing the life lessons football taught him as a young player motivated Espeland to return to coaching and join NFA in order to bring out the best in young athletes both on and off the field.
