Refunds and Cancellation

Q: What is QBA’s cancellation and refund policy?

A: Because space is limited, cancellations deprive other players of the
opportunity to attend QBA & WRA Camps. If a cancellation is necessary, you must
cancel at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the camp for which you are
registered. Cancellations that occur 7 days in advance will allow you either 1)
a credit towards a future QBA or WRA Camp for the following year or 2) you may
transfer the tuition to another camp. To receive a refund you will have had to
purchase cancellation insurance at the time of your camp purchase.

Cancellation Insurance

QBA & WRA  is pleased to provide the opportunity for camper families to
purchase cancellation insurance. In the event that you would need to cancel if
cancellation insurance is purchased you would receive a refund.

In the event that a cancellation is necessary, QBA & WRA will issue a one year
camp credit. Should you prefer a refund, you will have had to have purchased
cancellation insurance at the time of your camp purchase.
